Mindy Fox. LMFTCancer coaching and therapy can really help. A cancer diagnosis is disruptive and turns your life upside down. Transform Your Experience With Cancer Coaching

A cancer diagnosis and its fallout can cause you to wrestle with all the unresolved issues, traumas, and challenges that just weren’t in the forefront of your mind before. Cancer amplifies them and can bring things to a head.  I can provide the mental, emotional and spiritual support, education and guidance you need as your medical team focuses on healing your physical body.

Having a vision for your desired future can be empowering and healing.  Regardless of your faith or religion, finding spiritual grounding, higher love and a deeper purpose may be a necessary part of your healing journey. Cancer recovery can become a time of personal growth and transformation.

You might be surprised to find a well of strength, clarity and peace as you heal. Knowledge is power. I can help you tap into many resources that will support you as you go through the process of treatment and recovery.

This is a time in your life when you will need to do a lot less than you’re used to. Our everyday lives can be so busy and hectic.  The physical and mental toll that cancer treatment takes can make your normal life impossible.

A cancer diagnosis can create an emotional roller coaster and coaching and/or therapy can help ease the emotional burden and physical challenges.

A Healing Journey

Having cancer creates a turning inward in order to heal.  You just can’t take care of other people anymore. This can create a lot of inner turmoil and guilt. Sometimes the reason for cancer comes from past emotional traumas and toxic emotions.

When I was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer, I learned that cancer has many causes and it comes as a message. Sometimes that message is about healing the past, and other times it becomes about what future we choose.

I used conventional medicine, as well as a protocol of cancer-killing, immune-boosting supplements and therapies that did no harm to my body. I fortified my mind, body, and soul to heal from cancer. Even now, I am continuing down that path.

You and I may have different choices and we each need to embark upon our unique journey.  Just as there are many reasons for cancer, there are so many ways to heal from cancer. It’s important to make your own well thought out choices and to believe in them.

Diet, supplements and the plethora of treatments out there can all help you heal if they feel right for you. You are in charge.

Cancer Coaching and Therapy

Coaching can provide support and guidance to help you take control of your health and make the best decisions.  I can help you explore your options and build your confidence so you can trust yourself and your choices.  Along with your mental and spiritual health, it’s also empowering to make dietary and supplement decisions that help you feel in control of your own healing.

Healing cancer can be a complicated and difficult journey, and you don’t have to do it alone. I can help you successfully navigate your healing path so you can thrive. If you feel I can help, give me a call at 310-314-6933 or email me at mfoxmft@yahoo.com.
